The American curriculum matches the main KIS Pangyo campus in content and accreditation, which makes the Grade 6 transition to Pangyo straightforward for families planning to stay in Korea.

The campus setting is one of the stronger selling points: backing onto Gaepo Ecological Park, the outdoor space is unusually generous for a city school. Families consistently praise the tight-knit, welcoming community and the quality of classroom teachers. Class sizes are small and the pastoral atmosphere is calm - qualities that matter more at primary than secondary level.

The hard limit is the age range. KIS Seoul stops at Grade 5, so every family arrives knowing they face a secondary transition. The default path is KIS Pangyo in Gyeonggi-do (a 30-40 minute drive south), but not all families want to relocate.
