People who go here tend to want exactly that — the Swiss pedagogical tradition (Pestalozzi, Piaget), discipline, structure. One parent described it as "old-school in a good way — quiet, no flash."

Academics finish with the IB Diploma. The school has run it since the late 90s and outcomes are solid. Universities in Brazil and Europe (especially Switzerland and Germany) take graduates without issue. According to one teacher, "we are smaller, so kids don't get lost — but the pace is demanding."

The community is tight. Small year groups, lots of continuity, families know each other. The flip side is that it can feel insular if you're arriving cold mid-year. There's not much chatter about it on parent forums or Reddit, which is itself a signal — no scandals, no churn, but also no big international parent network to plug into on day one.

Fees aren't published. Expect upper-bracket São Paulo private school pricing — comparable to Humboldt and Porto Seguro tier, below Graded.

Bottom line for your friend: Strong fit if they want German, value a small school over a big international campus, and are committing to São Paulo for several years. Weaker fit if the kids speak only English and the family wants an easy expat landing pad. Worth a visit before deciding — the feel of the place matters more here than the brochure.
