Where to push and ask questions:

Fees and fee policy. This is the recurring sore point. Several parents say the fee structure has shifted mid-journey and that earlier verbal assurances were not honoured. Get every fee commitment in writing before signing — slab, increments, exit terms, anything tied to outside coaching partners.

Teacher turnover. More than one parent flags churn, particularly in senior classes. Worth asking directly how long the current Grade 11/12 subject teachers have been in post.

Admin responsiveness. As one parent put it, staff "sometimes take a while" to come back on emails. Day to day teachers are reportedly responsive; it is the office layer that frustrates people.

Facilities. The campus is large and the pool is a genuine selling point, but a few parents note bits of the campus look tired. Worth a slow walk-around on the tour rather than the standard route.

Net: a friendly, child-centred school with a real IB track record, best for families who value warmth and breadth over a hothouse academic culture. Go in with eyes open on fees and get the admissions terms in writing. For Electronic City, it is worth shortlisting alongside one or two peers and visiting all of them on the same week.
