What you'll hear consistently around Pasig:

Worth knowing (the honest bits):

- Staff turnover at the leadership layer is the recurring grumble. One teacher said "management kept on changing so there was also a lot of changes within the department." Another flagged "high tuition but low salary" and an attrition rate they called concerning. Whether that hits classroom experience year-to-year is the question to ask current parents directly. - It's now part of the Global Schools Group (Singapore-based network). Some parents like the backing; others quietly miss the founder-led feel. - Cohort size at IB Diploma level is small. Fewer subject combinations than the bigger schools.

Bottom line for your friend: if they want a warm, small, IB school where teachers know their kid by name and the bill is manageable, Domuschola is a strong shortlist candidate. If they want scale, prestige branding, or a deep extracurricular bench, look at ISM or Brent first. Best move: tour it, then ask three current parents about leadership stability over the past two years.
